I will try downloading the ISO from windows instead see if there's a difference
Pardon me, but I don't see anything in there that's related to my problem. I had a good working boot before I resized the disk and did couple updates in OS X
MacBook Pro (Late 2013) running latest OS X. I'm using Windows 8, I've tried to boot into the ISO but I only get prompted to do a clean install. I will try getting the new ISO from Microsoft.
Disk1 has a non-standard configuration and is external. Please post the output of
sudo dd if=/dev/rdisk1s2 count=1 2>/dev/null | hexdump -C
sudo fdisk /dev/disk1
Do you know if your W8.1 is an EFI Boot or legacy BIOS/MBR boot? Your 2013 Mac supports both methods.

Where is your S: partition located? Is it on Mac's EFI Partition?

Volume 1 is assigned to C but is not labeled EFI, tried to do a repair but "Startup Repair couldn't repair PC"
