Unlock macintosh HD do not have a password

I do not have the password to unlock my mac HD to reinstall mac OS X in the Mac OS X Utilities. I had changed some permissions by mistake, and now i my mac book pro will not finish starting up. it will let me put in my password on the log on screen, but then it freezes up.

Reading sections "Reset using your Apple ID", "Reset using the Reset Password assistant (FileVault must be on)" and "Reset using your Recovery Key (FileVault must be on)" may help on support page: Change or reset the password of a macOS user account - Apple Support
