Beats X not recognized by Windows 10

This worked for me.

1. Open Control Panel.
2. Double-click Device Manager.
3. Locate and double-click the Bluetooth driver that you need to update.
4. Click the Driver tab.
5. Click the Update Driver button.
6. Click Search automatically for updated driver software.

I'm not sure if you've solved this by now but I had the same issue. If you go into bluetooth settings and turn on your BeatsX hold the power button for about 4 seconds it should go into discovery mode and should appear as an option for you to pair with your computer.

I had the same issue for windows 10 on my dell laptop.

I downloaded and installed the updated Bluetooth driver from Dells website and it worked.

Are you using the cable that came with the BeatsX?

I paired my brand new BeatsX today with my Dell and Windows 10 and all works fine!
