Problem with USB-C to HDMI Adapter

Hi,

I have recently switched from a Mac Book Pro 15" 2011 to a new Mac Book Pro 13" 2016. On my desktop I have a Monitor 23" which I use in my work, previously with my old mac book pro I connect it using mini display port to hdmi adapter with no problem, the screen resolution was correctly supported, and I haven't do to overscan or underscan.

With the new Mac I have bought an USB-C to HDMI adapter, but I have problem with it, I had to do underscan, the image is fuzzy.

In the attached Image you can see one of the some problem in the right corner, one I click the icon the pixel return normal.

How I can fix this problem and have a good quality on the monitor? I have tried with a non original adapter, and with the Apple original adapter.
