Macbook Air iOS Sierra 10.12.3 startup application notification says "No Internet"

I am running Sierra 10.12.3. Every time I open my MacBook Air I get an application notification saying "No Internet needs to connect to the internet in order to work. Please connect and try again." There is internet and there are no connectivity issues. Obviously the internet will not be running through the computer when it is sleeping orcompletely turned off. It seems there is something in settings that can alter this problem, but I can not find the spot.User uploaded file
