There is no way to turn off bedtime reminder so if you go to bed early you will be alerted.
I don't won't to use "do not disturb" mode because I need to reached from several numbers in case of an emergence at work.
Otherwise it's a great app.

Why don't you designate those numbers as favorites so they will go through the Do Not Disturb setting?
I know all that. I just thought it would be logical to have the option "not to have a reminder" in the app. After a while I know when it's time to go to bed :)
