Pandora randomly turning on iPhone 7

I got an iPhone 7 plus about a month ago and the past few days my Pandora music will randomly start playing. The app is not open and hasn't been open for days(even swiped off the screen). Tonight I used My Music last so it shouldn't even been on my lock screen but Pandora randomly started playing, had to open Pandora to pause, swiped it off the screen, and a minute later started playing again. It hasn't done it since last night so it's completely random when it starts. I switched to use on wifi only so at least it limits how much it does it now but I don't know how to fix it.

In Pandora app go to settings and then devices.

Turn off the auto-launch watch app.

That fixed the problem for me. 🙂

Before - turning off my smart watch then back on would start the music.

After - No music problem.

I purchased an iPhone 7 Plus 3 months ago, the Pandora issue constantly coming on has become a huge hassle. Didn't have this issue with my iPhone 6.

I see many comments the issue with with the pairing of the cell and iPhone watch.

I do not have an iPhone Watch so that can't be he resolution in my case???

It happens every time I plug in head phones but also when I am not using the cell at all....

Don't want to delete the App but may have too because it is very disruptive especially during th work day....

Any help out there? : )
