Robojap Technologies LLC - Is this legitimate Apple Service?

If they are legit, you would find them listed in https://locate.apple.com/country. If you cannot find them, then you know they are absolutely not legit and should be reported to the AG's office in your state. You can find Apple Authorized Service Providers using the above link. Anyone else, avoid like the plague!

This is a one person company located in a very small town in the greater vicinity of Seattle, WA

If they had contacted me, I would be filing a complaint with the WA State Attorney General.

I doubt it's legitimate. I can't find any mention of them in a search.
