Pogoplug Company Gone - Uninstall?

Pogoplug announced a while back that their cloud services were going offline. And just like that (poof) their gone; they have become the Keyser Soze of online storage. Pogoplug.com is now offline; the company is gone. It looks like all pogoplug devices no longer work.

The pogoplug software I have installed is now useless. I would like to cleanly uninstall the pogoplug software from my Mac (running El Captain 10.11.6). Pogoplug had uninstallation instructions on their website along with a script that would clean-up its various bits.

Now that the website is gone so is the script. Does anyone have a copy of the script they can copy/paste into a reply?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), 16 GB RAM 1 TB SSD

The pogoplug website has just come back up. It was gone for a while. The comments on Amazon for their pogoplug products indicated the company was gone and their products were no longer usable.

Now it has returned.

I signed in using their website. It was very slow but eventually showed my pogoplug connected drive. I guess I can re-install the software again.

I like the idea of a local HD connected to the internet that I can easily access over the internet. But I don't know if I trust this company anymore?
