Safari Cannot open page invalid address in App Store

Are you sure? The App Store App cannot be deleted like most of the other apps unless your phone is jailbroken. It has to be there somewhere. Try searching for it with Spotlight or Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout. Note that this will relocate ALL apps to their original positions and remove any folders you might have created.
D'u ever hear that saying, "sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you are one" well, I fit in there somewhere. I was wrong and thanks to your persistence I found my App Store. General-restrictions-installing Apps-deleting apps-in app purchases were all turned off.

Apps can only be downloaded from the App Store not Safari.
Try going to the App Store on your phone and downloading the apps from there.
You are still on Safari. All downloads need to go through the App Store App, not Safari.
