It keeps asking me to verify my National ID, but it is already verified on Alipay. How can I add Alipay as a payment method then?

I'm experiencing the same issue, ID already verified on Alipay and app store still asking me to verify my national ID....

Same as wechat, after adding wechat as one of the payment method, it will launch wechat and I suppose to verify it on wechat but then wechat kept saying "Server is Busy", looks like apple doesn't prefer us using Alipay and Wechat as payment method.....
