Deleting game centre data?

I Want to restart a game but every time I delete and reinstall the app the same game data is loaded. I've tried the deleting iCloud data method, it didn't work, and I'm wondering if it is something to do with game centre saves. With the game centre no longer being an app in iOS 10 I can't manually delete the save data from it so I have no idea how to delete the save data in order to restart. Please help, have been struggling with this since ios 10 came out.

iI've just found a way to this on Hitman Sniper, it may work for other games.

delete the app > reinstall > turn off wifi so game centre doesn't download data > start playing game > turn on wifi.

game centre then gave an option of which data to save.

Oten to restart a game you have to delete the player profile within the game & create a new one, if you click on the player profile it usually appears with choices for new (player) or delete (current player).

thats the thing, the game had a bug which means that I cannot access any of the features of the game. when the app loads it freezes my account. its nothing to do with the game itself due to the fact that I can load the game and it starts up, I just can't use any of the features. It just freezes my account. I just need to know how to delete the data from my game centre account. i tried the iCloud method, didn't work. and I tried the iTunes connect method but you have to be a developer to do it that way, so I can't do that.
