Not able to delete profiles

Not able to delete profiles

I am not able delete mail profiles and device management profiles on my IPAD. Usually there should be an option to remove or delete the profiles. But i do not see this option.

Need help. Thanks

Hi. If they were installed by the device owner (company, school, etc.), you may not be able to delete them. You'd need to get the owner to remove them. Sorry...

Profiles are installed remotely from a central management server, usually operated by the corporate or organizational owners of the device. Only thru there can they be modified or removed.
