Limited Sound After Dropping iPhone 6

I dropped my iPhone 6 and now I don't hear any sound when I send or receive texts and email. I have 3 emails programs and the sound doesn't work in any of them. Also I can no longer hear sound when I tap the keyboard.

I can hear a sample of the sounds in settings for these functions, but don't receive an audible notification when I receive or send messages. I can still listen to music, have sound on YouTube, etc.

There is no physical damage to the phone, and it was in a case when it was dropped.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue? Thanks!
