Beats Solo 2 Wireless Headphones won't power on.

I own a pair of beats solo 2 wireless headphones and they will not power up. I am able to hold down the power button for 10 seconds and reset them and all the lights work perfectly and also they charge perfectly as well. Anyone know why this is or have any solutions?
