Creating a drop down menu in Numbers?

Creating a drop down menu in Numbers? I need to create a Category page from which I may select items in a spreadsheet. How do we create drop down menus in Numbers? I must have this functionality so that the balance sheet will report proper totals.

I see you're wanting to add a menu to select from in Numbers. I'll be happy to help you with this.
Numbers for iOS (iPad): Add checkboxes, star ratings, and other controls to cells -- Numbers refers to these as pop-up menus. See the section "Add pop-up menus to cells" and follow the steps provided.
