my iphone can not activate becasue there is a require for me to input the MedSpeed LLc username and password.
****,i don't even know what MedSpeed LLc is...
every time when i try to active my iphone,this pop shows up.
how should i do? (btw: i bought this phone is US, and use it in china)

MedSpeed has absolutely nothing to do with Apple. So comparing the MedSpeed lock to an iCloud Activation Lock would just be speculation. It could be that this iPhone formerly belonged to MedSpeed and they placed some protection mechanism on the iPhone.

You must have purchased a second-hand iPhone. It was not properly erased before you purchased it. (Perhaps it was stolen?)
For the future, buying any iPhone outside the country where it will be used is not a good idea. Even when buying a new iPhone, Apple does not honor its warranty (or, in general, offer service for it) outside its country of purchase.
In my opinion, that is excellent advice for any other future readers of this thread.
Apple does occasionally offer refurbished equipment for sale on its (U.S. - I cannot speak for other countries) website. If you're looking for previously owned equipment, consider looking there.
