Deleted Documents Folder

I accidentally clicked or typed something and then my "Documents" folder was deleted and then a "Documents - Saeeda's Macbook Pro" folder suddenly appeared. The new folder was empty and now I am missing my original "Documents" folder and all the files in it. It's not in the trash, can anyone help me recover my "Documents" folder?

Also, when I click "Documents" in the side bar, this appear...
