My App Store won't download any new apps

Try resetting the App Store:

Close the App Store completely from the app switcher window by double clicking the Home button and swiping up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the screen.

Then sign out of the iTunes Store in Settings.

Then restart the device.

Then sign back into the iTunes Store and try downloading again.

Also check Settings > General > Restrictions > and make sure that the iTunes Store, Installing Apps, Deleting Apps, and In-App Purchases are all under the Allow section.

This worked for me:

When I try to download apps, it would show the spinning circle, the go back to "GET" or show the cloud symbol with the downward arrow. All I did was keep hitting the button, trying to download my app. Eventually one of the times it will take and the download will begin. Never took me more than about 10 tries. I'm embarrassed by how simple this solution isconsidering I've spent hours today trying every solution I could find on Google. Good Luck!
