How do i look at my app store activity

If you want to learn more about a purchase, or redownload an item, you can see and download your past purchases on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, or Apple TV.

If you mean downloaded applications. You can look at this on your iPhone & desktop computer, although you don't have the option to hide downloaded apps on you're phone, you have this option on desktop though

What if I don't have access to iTunes on a mac or pc?
