I can't connect to iTunes?

Is anyone else having issues connecting to iTunes? Or know how to fix it?

Okay can you describe what you mean by "it's not on mine"


The article I provided earlier are the troubleshooting steps for your iPhone and Apple TV directly from Apple.


Some users did have this problem earlier. But it should be resolved for everyone now.


Also try restarting your devices:

This has a number of steps involved and it might not work, but it will not hurt anything to try it. Perform the steps in the order that I listed them.


Sign out of your ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Then close all apps on your phone.


Close every app this way. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.


Turn off WiFi on the phone by going to Settings>Airplane Mode>On.


Next, force restart your phone. On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo. On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.


Now go back to Settings>Airplane Mode>Off. Then go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign In. After you sign in, try to connect to iTunes or the App Store.
