apostrophe key
Hi, so my apostrophe key is not working. The key feels fine. And when I hold shift, I can type quotation marks (""), however, when I just press the apostrophe key, nothing happens. What should I do?

If that happened to me, I would go to System Preferences > Keyboard and check "Show keyboard and emoji viewers in the menu bar" (under the Keyboard tab).
Then you may go to the menu bar, click the keyboard symbol, then "Show Emoji & Symbols". Then you may find the apostrophe under "punctuation". You may double click it to insert it where your cursor is in your text.
Hi,
Connect external keyboard and if it's working, make Genius Bar appointment to show your MacBook Air.
