Slow keys active@ Login Screen even when Slow Keys is disabled

I having issue with slow key activated on login screen.

It is not enable even I checked with Option Command F5 is disable (unchecked) on the login screen.

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried the suggestion.

End up I found that's some other third party apps (Sibelius) cause the keyboard act like Slow Key enable (after it crash every time).

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to turn off the Accessibility Option of slow keys on the login screen. First, use safe mode to start up your Mac so that it performs certain checks, delete system cache files, verifies your startup disk, and attempts to repair directory issues if needed. Log into your user account and test the issue while in safe mode and then restart normally and test the issue again.


Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac
Limited graphics performance in OS X recovery or safe mode


If your issue is still not resolved, try running First Aid on your hard drive with the built in Disk Utility tool, as this can correct simple issues like you're experiencing.
