I cannot turn off location services
I cannot turn off locations services. The button in green (shadowed green) and inactive.
I tried turning on "never" all apps and also installing the new updated ios.
Go to Settings>General>Restrictions, and make sure that Location Services is set to "Allow Changes". I suspect that it is currently set to Not Allow them....
