Ikegami monitor not working via HMDI on MacBook Pro Retina

I was trying to use my Ikegami ULE-217 as an external monitor.

When I use HDMI/HDMI cable to connect it to my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015, Sierra 10.12.3 (16D32)) it starts flashing but there is no usable image either on my Macbook or the Ikegami monitor.

When I use the same setup but boot Win 10 (bootcamp partiton), the monitor works perfectly.

It works also with the OSX when using HDMI/DVI cable.

Do you have any suggestion where might be the problem?
