As Apple removed the icloud activition lock page, I was wondering if there is a way or a website which will tell me whether an iPad is locked to iCloud or not. I have a few of them but they have dead batteries so I cannot check it through the phone.
I Don't know how long you tried to recharge the batteries, but I wouldn't give up on that yet unless you have been charging them for days without any response at all. I have had a couple of iOS devices that I had not charged in months and I was able to revive them both just by letting them charge for a couple of days.
