SwitchResX Deletion

Hello

I uninstalled SwitchResX from my macbook pro, but some of the files remain and they are stuck without any way to delete them.

I've tried everything they are not locked, they are not in use, not even the root account can delete them, the system integrity protection is off.

it claims that i don't have permission when i'm in the root account and i can clearly see that i have permission
