My tablet went into lost mode and now is telling me to send an email to helpz.apple@gmail.com to get a password.
I have done this and email comes back undeliverable. i need my tablet for school. what can i do. i have even done a hard reset on my ipad. Please help
Hi. You've been hacked somehow. Please describe exactly what happens after you restart the device by holding Sleep and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo. Include a screenshot, if possible. I hope your device is not jailbroken, and that you have not installed an app from anywhere but the app store.
