You are still Following a forum - which is what caused the deluge of emails to begin with

You really want to follow content in which you have participated - the others would generate very few emails even if you were a very active helper

You will not get an email regarding this reply, for instance

Go back and check all the boxes - particularly the last one - and Save

Then click here > Using iPad - and choose the dark gray [Following] button to UNsubscribe from the forum content

Go to your account's profile and turn off emails (you may need to turn them off and on) e.g. click on your name top left (if logged in) and click Preferences on the popup - or this should take you straight there : https://discussions.apple.com/user-preferences!input.jspa
