Snow Leopard, App Store and iCloud account.

Hello. I've tryed to update some apps in my old Macbook Pro (2006) with Snow Leopard. It reports error with one of my iCloud accounts (not others). I've updated App Store to the 2016 version, but it still have problems and I can't update the apps I've downloaded with that account (some were bought and paid)

I've tryed to contact Apple Support but there's no reply or answer at all.

Any suggestion?

Thank you.

Yeah, that kind of solutions are the first things I do every time I have a problem, since a decade ago. This time it's not fixing the problem. I've noticed that in the Macupdate website there's a "Mac App Store" version 1.1.1 but the link redirects to the Apple website homepage, not to any download. I've checked my App Store version and it says 1.0.2 May be that I've an old version. I've downloaded the last update (January 2016) but the version remains the same. Anyone have that version, and can send me a copy, please, for trying if that can fix my problem? Thank you very much.

[EDIT] the Macupdate link is this: https://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/36350/apple-app-store/download
But there's a contradictory info: in the title it says:

Apple App Store

1.1.1

23 Jun 2011

Storefront for Mac apps (included with Mac OS X 10.6.8).

But in info I read:

What's New

Version 1.1.1:

Released with OS X Lion.

Requirements

OS X 10.7.0 or later

¿? This is contradictory, if version 1.1.1 is for Lion, then I can't use it. I'm still in 10.6.8 :-/

If I try to go to the Apple "Mac App Store": https://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/

Apple redirects to: https://support.apple.com/itunes NO WAY

Thank you. First of all, yes, it looks like the "App Store app" sign into the "App Store site". I can browse, go into "My account" and more.

(I will type the two error dropdown windows that appear when I click on "Update" button in Spanish, then I will try to translate but may be different from the real English text)

Error 1: No hemos podido completar tu solicitud. Error en el App Store. Vuelve a intentarlo más tarde. (4)

—translation: We were unable to complete your request. Error in App Store. Try again later. (4)

Error 2 (after the first): Error desconocido.

—Unknown error.

With some apps it reports this Error 3:

Error 1: Hay actualizaciones disponibles para otras cuentas. Inicie sesión en [my account] para actualizar las aplicaciones en esa cuenta.

— There are updates available for other accounts. Log in to [the same account I'm already] to update the applications on that account.

But the accouns that the app is asking is just the same that I signed.

Thank you, but I've already installed that update with no success. I've decided to stop using Mac App Store. I've updated most of the app in my iMac, then copied to my SL, and the three only apps that are still to be updated are not important, so I will make an archive (compress and delete) and forget that app forever. There are only a little few apps that are still compatible with 10.6.8 in the App Store, then it's very useless. There are other ways to get the apps that I need.

Thank you very much for your support.
