Zello PTT App for Apple Sales Associates

With whom at Apple would I speak with regarding proposing the use of the Zello push-to-talk app for use by Apple sales associates in the stores. Our app would turn their iPods into walkie-talkies and they could eliminate the use of their radios.

I have spoken to the sales associates in the Apple stores and they don't know the who or where at Apple corporate to help me get started.
