My Macbook Pro's display is shifted off-screen.

I have a 2015 MacBook Pro with Retina, not even 2 years old, still under warranty. Recently, all of a great sudden, when I start to open a window, it opens partially off-screen to the left side. My "file" bar is shifted so far to this side that my Apple options are close to inaccessible, and there are several lines of glitches pixels as well. My mac has had a hard shell case from day 1 and has never been dropped or damaged. I've tried restarting my computer as well as resetting my screen resolution to no avail. When I take screenshots, they show my full screen as though nothing is wrong.

This sounds like some sort of software glitch rather than a hardware problem since the screenshots look normal. The same often happens with Accessibility features where a feature like "Invert Colors" is utilized but a screenshot shows normal colors. It also seems that others have experienced the same issue. I found this:

It sounds like you may have already tried changing the screen resolution without success.

Since you are under warranty, the best thing to do would be to contact Apple or visit an Apple Store and get them to fix this for you. There could easily be something like a corrupted .plist that just needs to be removed.

Good luck!
