Apple Pencil Writing Pad

I recently purchased an ipad pro, and I was mulling over whether I should buy the apple pencil. I need to get a writing pad for my pc, so I wanted something that I can use with my ipad pro and with a writing pad for a Windows 10 pc.

Does apple offer any writing pads that are decent, work with the apple pencil, and compatible with windows 10?

Also, as for another direction I might go, does the apple pencil work well with third party writing pads?

I am not sure what you mean by "writing pads"?

Are your referring to other tablet brands OR writing/notes Apps for iPad that have PC counterpart versions?

The Apple Pencil ONLY works with Apple iPads and ONLY the iPad Pro models.

The Apple Pencil DOES NOT WORK with other tablet makers.

If you need a Bluetooth smart stylus that works with both iPad and other third party tablet makers running other OSes, then look a other third party stylli from Wacom or Adonit.

You may have to purchase two stylii. One for each compatible device.

Typically, if you are looking to, also, purchase a Microsoft/Windows Surface tablet device, Windows tablets already come with an included stylus that is specifically designed & tailored for the Microsoft/Windows 10 tablet experience.

Since Microsoft Surface tablets already come with a taliored, quality stylus included, all you need to purchase is an Apple Pencil for the iPad Pro.

Awesome! Thank you so much for your help. I was considering the surface over the iPad, but decided that I wanted more of a tablet feel.

I'll probably still purchase the apple pencil, but I'll get a new stylus when my bank allows me to buy a writing pad thing :P

By writing pad I mean a flat pad that you connect to your PC so that you can draw on it to create graphic images.
