enable 1349 Iphone 4

hi my name is Marco Gonzalez and firstable want to say I fix electronics, cellphones etc,etc but just in my free time cause im a manager on a meat department and i have a couple apple devices but now i have an Iphone 4 IOS 7.1.2 and the owner bringin to me 6 months ago and i try to contact him but not receive an answer so my question is. is available any program to unlock the iphone cause dont know the email , apple ID and password cause i want to usefor my own service.
