Hi

Apple does not charge any fees for using Apple Pay, whether at home or abroad.

Any card fees or foreign exchange charges are controlled by your card issuer, not by Apple. Any such fees that may be due in connection with using your chosen payment card will still apply as if you were using that card directly (rather than via Apple Pay). Some merchants may also make a charge for card-based payments.
