problems with outlook, hotmail today

I woke up this morning and look at my iPhone. I was asked to put my password for outlook and hotmail which I did. A minute later there are over 100 times on screen popping up asking password for hotmail and outlook agaian and again. I must delete all my outlook and hotmail account from iPhone otherwise I am unable to use my phone to do anything else. Now I have tried to add hotmail and outlook account back to my iPhone but it says my accounts were disabled. Please advice. Thanks.
