My Touch ID keeps saying unable to complete Touch ID set up please try again

Just try to reset setting. Go to Settings-general-reset-reset setting.
If it's not working, simply make a reset from iTunes

I have issue with my Touch ID when I was using ISO version 10.3.2 I have no issue with Touch ID
I updated and my I'd is not working.
I have a also problem with I tunes store its is not opening. Plz help me

Right after the last update, home button started to fail unlocking the screen - had to repeat pressing a couple of times until my IPhone 6 reacted anyway. Pressing the side button (on the right) also fails enlightning the screen, when home button is dysfunctional.
My touch ID has not been working anymore, so I tried to set up a new one, but I'm denied by "Failed - Unable to complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again" right away.
Is this a problem caused by software?

Did you read the support article that I posted above? Did you makes sure that your hands are clean and your fingertips are free of anything greasy? Is the home button uncovered, clean and free of debris?
The only solution I was offered was to have my screen replaced for $129 + tx to a iPhone that had no physical or water damage. Unfortunately there was no other option besides living with 10% battery drain per hour in stand by mode. I was disappointed in Apple's genius bar and ichat support's lack of knowledge with the defective itouch ID. My iphone had no damage and worked perfectly prior to setting up the iTouch ID. I do not plan on activating the iTouch ID on my repaired iPhone to avoid future problems.
I can't make my Touch ID I do know why ? But it say that "we cannot read the fingerprint
When did this happen after an update or did it not just not work out of the box. If it was due to an update there is apple currently release 10.3.2 try updating to the latest ios version.
Please help me when I get in setting to adjust the Touch ID it replays me unable to continue try again letter.
