It is now 2017 and Apple still has not fixed the bugs that prevent access to DoD Webmail on Apple products. It is so bad that we have begun recommending all of our military members and civilian employees stay away from buying or using Apple products.

The Opera Web Browser finally worked. The others did not... Thanks for the recommendation for the alternate web browsers...
You are welcome. It appears that website is not browser friendly if it rejected all the others.
