Logic Pro X - Resets settings on every restart

My Logic Pro X keeps reverting it's settings to a certain set of settings every time I restart it. I haven't done a lot of investigation regarding what items get reset, but I have to change my keyboard commands, setup audio interfaces and audio settings, editing settings and many more on EACH startup. Even if I open with 20 different sessions to populate the "Open Recent"-menu, it will reset it on startup to a list of old files, AND also always open the file on top of this list.

Any idea anyone?
