I Have a IPhone 6 Plus, the screen is shattered and the case is mangled, but the IPhone worked prior to these issues. I have bought via 3rd party a cosmetically 9/10 exact copy IPhone 6 Plus and would like to know if I swapped out one logic board and button assembly could the IPhone work again?

Personally, I would either go to Apple and see about an out of warranty replacement or just buy a new phone. This seems to me to rapidly become a penny wise and pound foolish situation, unless you do not need or depend on the iPhone for anything.
