I am trying to send a document to a mailing list of people who may not know how to click on a PDF file to open it. Therefore I need to convert the file to a JPEG, and have been doing this in preview. I would love to embed a hyper link to a webpage in the JPEG file. Is this possible? Can this be done in preview. Thank you.
Following up on my previous message. Everything I've read said you can't embed a link into an image file period. However, You can in fact insert an image in an email and tag a link to it with certain email clients such as Thunderbird. Mail has no such feature.
Preview has no capability to embed a hyperlink in an image file. There may be such an application but I don't know what it would be. Not sure why you can't just add a "Click me" message in the body of the email but I'm sure you have your reasons.
