Launchctl and script

Hi guys,

trying to run a lftp script with launchctl but having some problem.

The script works fine in terminal but when i use lingon to add a plist file, it comes back with the following message:

127: The specified service did not ship with the operating system

/Users/xtobyx/Desktop/VP_sync: line 13: lftp: command not found

any clue how could i make it work?
