Incoming Email sound not working in iPhone7

All sounds are working fine but when the email arrives then there is no sound in iPhone7. A little time back it was working fine. Request Apple to help on this. After spending so much of money in this new iPhone7 there is something or the other that behaves differently. Its irritating and have started losing trust in Apple. Request valuable help on this please. Thanks.
