I bought , scanner pro app , and I take backup of my scanning files , I try to restore it again , throughout iCloud or iTunes from app sharing , nothing happened , and I have duplicate in iCloud storage , I hope that somebody solve this problem or could help me , thank you ?
thank you , I have already these files in my ( PDF Expert APP ) , but I still did not have it with the new files I scanned , in scanner Pro files , it is important to me , to have both files because it is categorized , when I access the scanner pro app , I see the new files only , the old one are disappear.
also when I try to restore the file through iTunes , the following happened .
I drag the files and drop it in scanner pro sharing folder , but after I make syncing , all new files disappear , that due the files are PDF not SPDOC as I knew before .
