As long as the card that is on the account is still accepted by iTunes (it might be blocked it iTunes wasn't able to get the money from it when you bought the item) you should be able to pay off what you owe : If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
