I use google chrome, not safari, and cannot find downloaded extensions anywhere. Is this not possible? And secondly if anyone knows how to see the bookmarks bar on ipad mini4 I would be grateful!

I have a bookmarks bar appearing on safari on a iPad mini. I first set it up in settings under safari to to show bookmarks bar. then accept their default location. I has Apple,google, bing and yahoo already there. Just delete those sites, if you want

Yes, Safari does have a bookmarks bar. Chrome however, does not.
Chrome for iOS does not support extensions.
Also Chrome on iOS has no bookmarks bar. You can access the bookmarks page from the [...] menu->Bookmarks.
They hate us. I only have an iPad for emergencies. It's incredibly frustrating that we can't use any addons. Seems to function on Firefox and Chrome on Android...
