Can anyone help with google cloud print accessing a Bonjour networked printer through a Mac-Mini

I have a small business with 4 printers:

1) a Dell Laser Printer attached to the wifi network via USB connection to an Airport express router (Bonjour).

2) A Dymo 450 Turbo LavbelWriter attached to the wireless network via USB to an Airport Express router (Bonjour).

3) A cloud ready HP wireless All-in-one attached directly to the wifi network with its own wifi.

4) a Dymo 450 Turbo Label printer attached via USB to an old Windows PC which is in turn connected to the Wifi network.

I use a web based business management software solution that utilizes Google Cloud Print for all printing, and most of my employees connect to the network and the management software using chrome books. All of the networked printers connect flawlessly to both the Windows PC (Windows NT) and my Mac Mini (macOS 10.12) via Bonjour printing. If I direct Google cloud print to connect to the airport express connected printers through the PC, they will print just fine.

This PC is old and flakey, however, and when it loses its network connection then all the printers but the HP cloud connected printer can't be reached. I want to use this Mac-Mini in place of the PC but when I disconnect the PC from Google Cloud print and instead connect the Mac Mini to Google cloud print, the airport express connected (Bonjour) printers do not wake up to accept print jobs from the chromebooks. The Mac is set to wake up for network activity and the printers are set to be shared on the network.

I'm wondering if MacOS is shutting down chrome when the mac is asleep and is not letting it wake up for google cloud print. If I force the Mac to stay awake and Chrome is active application I can get printing from the chromebooks but the orientation of labels going to the label printer is wrong and I can't figure out how to change the orientation from portrait to landscape in google cloud print. Is there some setting or utility on the Mac that I need to delve into to make it serve as a better print server for google cloud print?

Mac mini, macOS Sierra (10.12.3)
