I use voice over to read my web page when I am working on it to give me a feel how it will spend to others.
the voice Alex is now skipping too many words plus it hesitates!
How do I refresh the voice over?

I used to ask a question and apple would answer it !?!
Now we go to a community. I am having problems with text to speech I have used it to test read my web pages to get a feel how it sounds to my readers. Starting with this week the voice (Alex) has been skipping words at first it was 1 word now and then but now sentences. I do have a place that says SPEECH just SOUND. The locations for simple things are not where I remember them: Where is Speech? Thank You for your patience!

Hi. I believe that's Speech, not VoiceOver. You can adjust the Speaking Rate in Settings > General > Accessibility > Speech.
