Iphone6s Plus no storage apps crashing

Ever since the recent update my iPhone 6s Plus keeps malfunctioning! 1 reason it says I have zero space left on my phone! Before the update I had tons of space plus the 50GB I pay for in iCloud. My apps are always crashing! I can't watch snapchats because it wants me to delete photos and music and unused apps! I've done all of that already but it still says zero space! And I don't have a lot of apps on my phone just basic inta,Facebook, twitter etc. It's very frustrating because I can't even use my phone for basic things anymore. I always have to restart it just to be able to watch 1 story on snap..sigh My phone is a 16gb which isn't much but I never had problems before the update...I've already reset my phone and done a backup but nothing has worked !! Anyone have any suggestions!??? Or am I the only one having this problem after the update!?

Apple will only restore your phone, which is the same thing that you can do. Make a current backup of the phone and restore from that backup. That can help clear any space that may be incorrectly identified. See this support document for restoring from backup. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

After that, go to Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage, then under storage check Used and Available, and if necessary, go under Manage Storage and you can see what is taking up your space. If you routinely save lots of text messages, messages that contain photos, or lots of mail, then you can be using a lot of storage as well.

The amount of space on a 16GB phone is minimal. The space you describe on iCloud has nothing to do with the amount of storage you have on the iPhone itself. iCloud storage is separate. Go to Settings>General>About and you can see the Capacity of your device and then the Available space on it. If it is out of space, the only thing you can do is delete content on the device. Photos are generally the largest user of space on low capacity devices, like the 16GB phones. You are going to have to manage your storage.

Hi thank you I understand that but the problem is I've moved all my photos and saved them elsewhere. Also I don't listen to music on my phone it's all on my iPod and I don't have many apps. So it's just frustrating that my phone keeps saying zero space when there's nothing taking up the space :/ ..I think I'll have to take it in to apple and have them look at it
