A Keychain cannot be found

Team,

I am getting following alert box message on every time when i restart my mac book pro laptop (macOS Sierra Version 10.12.3).

I search on this issue but unable to fix it.

Some people repair the keychain (keychain first aid).

I do not found in my keychain access keychain first aid.

I have no idea how to resolved this issue? Please advice me to fix it.
